I'm Catherine, a self motivated, enthusiastic professional with a passion for providing lifestyle assistance and business support to Coaches, Business owners and Entrepreneurs.
Having worked full time for over 30 years, as an employee working in PA / EA and Administrative roles with management teams across a variety of industry sectors, I decided to set up my own business. I have over the years gained qualifications, including RSA typing, BTEC Business Studies, LCCI Private Secretary's Diploma, and completed many Microsoft package training courses. I have also worked for some time in the Defence Sector and had Security Clearance whilst working in this area giving me a great understanding of the importance of confidentiality, data protection and privacy.
The reasons for this were for me create a better work-life balance and I also wanted to use my wealth of experience to help other small businesses grow and fulfil their potential. During my career I have worked for Hewlett-Packard for 16 years, 10 of those were working from home. Little did I know that my experience of working remotely would put me in good stead and allow me to help even more business owners who found themselves thrown into remote work.
As a Virtual PA, my role is more than to just support your business by managing the tasks that are proving to be time-consuming. It’s my job to understand your brand and to know what makes your business so special to your customers. I pride myself in managing my clients' businesses with the same style, tone and ethics that their brands are founded on. My goal is to help my clients grow and succeed by ensuring that their company vision stays true.
I love the variety and flexibility that my job provides, which in turn makes me a very cheery and positive addition to any business.
