I support elderly individuals and those with communication challenges, including hearing loss, to confidently manage everyday online tasks. 

I provide patient, one-to-one assistance to make the digital world simpler, safer, and less overwhelming,  and I hold current Enhanced DBS clearance for added peace of mind.

• Support with emails (reading, replying, organising)
• Guidance with online banking and payments
• Assistance navigating websites and accounts
• Clear, step-by-step support at your own pace
• Friendly, patient, understanding, and accessible communication

Support is available on an hourly basis at £35 per hour.

An initial chat is always complimentary and without obligation.

I am also happy to visit local community support establishments to talk to those needing support - call me and we can discuss.
