I support individuals who just need a bit of help with the online world, maybe not tech-savvy, elderly, has communication challenges, including hearing loss or sight impairment to confidently manage everyday online tasks. 

I provide patient, one-to-one assistance to make the digital world simpler, safer, and less overwhelming,  and I hold current Enhanced DBS clearance for added peace of mind.

You don't need to commit to ongoing PA support. I've created three simple options depending on how much help you need:

🐝 Helping Hand — £20
For smaller jobs requiring up to 30 minutes of my time.

🐝 A Little Extra Help — £35
For tasks requiring up to 1 hour of support.

🐝 Helping Hand Bundle — £60
For those occasions when there's a little more to sort out, providing up to 2 hours of support.

The time can be used for any of my Personal & Family Support services, from making calls and booking appointments to completing forms, researching information or dealing with organisations on your behalf.

If it looks as though your task will need more time than the package you've chosen, I'll always discuss this with you first - no unexpected bills.

An initial chat is always complimentary and without obligation.

I am also happy to visit local community support establishments to talk to those needing support - call me and we can discuss.
