Executive & Lifestyle Support Packages
At Bee-Assisted Limited, we provide Executive and Lifestyle Support to a small number of clients who value discretion, reliability and continuity. Through monthly retainers, clients gain access to a trusted right-hand person who understands their priorities, protects their time and keeps business and personal commitments running smoothly. Retainers are agreed for a minimum of three months, with additional capacity available by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
THE 'BUMBLE BEE' PACKAGE
'Regular Support'
Ideal for business owners and busy professionals who need regular support and a trusted point of contact.
• Reserved monthly capacity
• Priority support during working hours

• Diary and inbox management
• Client and supplier liaison
• Regular check-ins
Typically suited to clients requiring 40 hours of support for 4 weeks (10 hours per week, 2 hours per day)
Hours are not carried over. as this is a support based project retainer

Embedded Support
For clients who need a more embedded level of support and ongoing collaboration.
- Significant monthly capacity reserved
- Priority responses during working hours
- Daily check-ins if require
- Project coordination
- Business communications
- Executive and lifestyle management
Typically suited to clients requiring 60 hours of support for 4 weeks (15 hours per week, 3 hours per day).
Hours are not carried over, as this is a support based project retainer

Spaces are deliberately limited to ensure clients receive an attentive, responsive service (100 hours per 4 weeks (25 hours per week, 5 hours per day).

Bee-Assisted also provides Business and Lifestyle Support on an hourly basis - (£35 per hour), subject to availability.

Hive Support provides flexible, on-demand access to professional Personal, Executive and Lifestyle Support, without the commitment of a monthly retainer.
Whether you need help for a few hours, support during a busy period, cover while your assistant is away, or assistance with a specific project, you'll have an experienced, discreet professional support.
The flexibility of ad hoc support, backed by over 40 years of experience.
Available on an hourly basis, subject to availability. £35 per hour.
